Hi Edgar,

I'm evaluating the project you submitted for approval in Savannah.

Can you tell us where does it says that USDA ARS database is under
public domain? I couldn't find where was the license or where the
content was, can explains us more about this?

On the other hand there are some templates that have the copyright and
notice license missing, can you please fix this issue? it's important
for us keep the software clearly license.
