Follow-up Comment #1:

Hi Bryan,

I'm evaluating the project you submitted for approval in Savannah.

I've reviewed the list of dependencies that you listed and I found
that two dependencies that use a GPL-Incompatible license, these are:

         YUI
         Sesame

There's a way that you can replace these dependencies and use a free
one that do the same job if it exists? The license of your
dependencies must be GPL-compatible to avoid any legal problem in the
future.

On the other hand, related to the JSON software, can you tell use
what kind of software you will use? there's a big list that you can
use with different language, so please specify the software that you
will use.

Related to the tarball, you are willing to make the changes that I
wrote above, please provide us with an URL to your tarball or upload
it directly using this tracker. The first tarball that you upload it
didn't work, don't know if it was the format or the tarball was
corrupted, so please use a free format to create it.

We wish to review your source code, even if it is not functional, to
catch potential legal issues early.

For example, to release your program properly under the GNU GPL you
must include a copyright notice and permission-to-copy statements at
the beginning of every copyrightable file, usually any file more than
10 lines long. This is explained in
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html. Our review would help
catch potential omissions such as these.

Note that sending code to our repositories _is_ a release, since the
code will then be publicly available through anonymous access.

Regards,
