==== Description: ====
GCourrier is a webapp to track incoming snail mail and bills in enterprises,
city halls, etc.

Mails and bills are distributed to different services. People from those
services use GCourrier as a kind of task tracker. They can reassign mails and
bills to other services when that's needed. The interface is optimized for
batch processing - that is, when people need to enter a lot of mails and bills
in the system.



==== Other Software Required: ====
This is PHP+MySQL code. There is a PEAR dependency (Structure_DataGrid). We
used to use HTML_QuickForm, which is under a GPL-incompatible PHP license, so
we partially reimplemented it in GPLQuickForm. We also use pdffpdflib (GNU
GPL) to generate PDFs - it's included in the tarball.
