Follow-up Comment #2, task #7278 (project administration):

I would really appreciate if I got the Savannah services now, primarily
because I plan to use task tracker feature from the very beginning of the
project, as well as the mailing list. And yes I do agree with the conditions.

The first source code files should be uploaded two months from now. But sure
documentation would be uploaded first including SRS and design. I have read
and agree the terms of the service. So all the files, source code and
documentation, will be under free licenses. GFDL for documentation and GPL3
for source code. As you stated the source files will contain appropriate
copyright notice and permission-to-copy statements at the beginning.
