- Well, the currently used libraries should all be compatible: 

GNU Readline
libjpeg
libpng
libtiff
Libungif

- Regarding the copyright, i have read the raccomended document:
http://www.gnu.org/prep/maintain/html_node/Copyright-Notices.html .

So, could it be "Copyright (C) 2007 dezperado"  right before
  "This program is free software..." ? 

- The updated address ("..51 Franklin Street..") was updated :

- Regarding the license, as long as i keep it "under GPL version 2 or later"
i am free to decide, right ?
