Follow-up Comment #10, task #6188 (project administration):

I have had a quick look through the tarball posted at
http://www.byggeplass.bergen.no/download/phpgwapi_0.9.16.10_xsl.tgz

There are couple of issues I have found:

* The theme files are not (c) the FSF, maybe parts of some are, but I know
that it is not all (c).  The README should be updated to reflect this.

* Most of the templates are not (c) the FSF, again portions might be.  The
READMEs need to be updated to reflect this.

To obtain accurate (c) info someone would need to go through the CVS logs and
check who has committed to the files and who has assigned to the FSF.

As this is time consuming it has not been done previously by the project.
