Description:
------------
  SVSC is a perl program to check tarballs submitted to Savannah. 

The program untars the tarball and checks each file for compliance with
Savannah's licensing and similar policies. It is hoped that .tar.[gz|bz2] and
.zip files would be supported, as well as possibly ftp and http urls. 

As each file is checked, a report would be printed (optionally in colour) for
files that 'pass' and 'fail'


Currently only modules released with Perl itself are used, though any modules
used from CPAN would be Disjunctive License of Perl or otherwise Free. 


The code is in the _very_ early stages of development.
