  Tools for Vietnamese Language
This project is dedicated to creation of tools for Vietnamese speaking 
users.
Tools are to be developed including spell checking, dictionaries, 
vocubolary builders, etc. These tools will be as portable as possible, but
for the first stage, we mainly aim at MS Windows users.
Programming languages are C/C++. We may make use of opensource 
libraries such as IBM ICU, StlPort STL, GTK++, etc.
