  Prism54 started off as a linux kernel driver. The Prism54 project aims now
to extend this driver, re-write it, and/or port it/new/drivers to other Free
operating systems.

Other Software Required:

  The linux driver, prism54, currently requires proprietary firmware. One
goal of the project is to reverse engineer this so we can have a completely
free driver.
