A new project has been registered at Savannah
The project account will remain inactive until a site admin approve or
discard the registration.

######### REGISTRATION ADMINISTRATION #########

While this item will be useful to track the registration process, approving
or discarding the registration must be done using the specific "Group
Administration" page, accessible only to site administrators, effectively
logged as site administrators (superuser):

######### REGISTRATION DETAILS #########

Full Name:
----------
  MOL++

System Group Name:
-----------------
  mol

Type:
-----
  non-GNU software & documentation

License:

Description:
------------
Project name : MOL++ (Mathematical Object Libraries in C++)
MOL++ is part of the Simula+ software (including MOL++, MatOL++ for Material
Object Libraries in C++, FEMOL++ for Finite Elements Methods in C++, and a
graphical user interface in java). The computation language used is C++.
MOL++ aims at developing standard mathematical object libraries using
templates, in order to manipulate objects such as vectors, matrices,
symmetric matrices, sparse matrices, tensors (up to 4th order tensors), and
also basic mathematical tools such as numerical solvers for linear and non
linear systems, for ordinary differential equations, numerical integration,
and so on.
There is one library per file (ex. the vector library is stored in the file
vectors.h) and each library is checked using a non regression test file (ex.
vectors-test.h). Each library will be documented (not finished yet) inside
each file (ex. in vectors.h, matrix.h ...) and the final help can be
generated using doxygen.
Our website contains a more detailed description of the global project. It is
located at the following address :
www.univ-valenciennes.fr/macs/Simula+/index.html
The compilation is g++ compatible. It is developed under Linux and runs on
this system. All the files developed in MOL++ are the work of two
laboratories : the “Laboratoire de Physique et Mecanique des Materiaux”
(Laboratory of Physics and Mechanics of Materials) located in Metz, France,
and the “laboratoire de Mathematiques Appliquees au Calcul Scientifique”
(Mathematics Applied to Scientific Computation) located in Valenciennes,
France. These libraries don't depend on any other existing code (except
standard C++ libraries).
The code can be found at lpmm.sciences.univ-metz.fr/~collard/simula+

Other Software Required:
------------------------
  none
