At first, please use this tracker item (could be found in every mail on
bottom) and do not reply directly to me. 

At second, you don't answered my questions. :/
Your license should be GPL compatible or the GNU GPL itself, but you have to
determine whether your project can run on a Free Software Java suite (while
using Java) like Classpaths (doesn't depend on your license).

At third, can we quit the registration and you register later when you have
got any source code, or do you still prefer to use Savannah for the planning
phase?
And if so, how do you plan to use Savannah?
