Follow-up Comment #1:
Hi,
I'm evaluating the project you submitted for approval in Savannah.
At first, can you include the description in English again, please?
At second, is the "xpkgtools" the X frontend for the pgktool of Slackware?
I think the system name "pkgtool" can confuse people about the Slackware
command ``pkgtool'' - or the package management of Slackware. Can you clarify
this point?
At third,
"tar: Error exit delayed from previous errors" - great, your tarball is
corrupted :/
At fourth, you structure confused me as much as possible. Why do you include
the *whole* tree-structure under / in your tarball? And where's your source
code? I saw binaries, source code of the FSF, Slackware, X* - but yours?
Would you please point me to your source code? And please clarify the point
about your structure, too.
At fifth, in order to release your project properly and unambiguously under
the GPL,
please place copyright notices and permission-to-copy statements at the
beginning of every file of source code.
In addition, if you haven't already, please include a copy of the plain text
version of the GPL,
available from http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.txt, into a file named
"COPYING".
For more information, see http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html.
The GPL FAQ explains why these procedures must be followed.
To learn why a copy of the GPL must be included with every copy of the code,
for example,
see http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-faq.html#WhyMustIInclude.
Look forward to your reply and your updated (intact) tarball
Regards,
