Follow-up Comment #4:

Installing basic Arch should not be much trouble once we've cleaned up the
setup a bit. However, we're concerned that users cannot irremediably destroy
the repository, which Arch's serverless design does not easily allow. We've
been discussing it with the Arch people, but need time to implement and test
workarounds.
