  pbbs is a free bbs system use p2p technology. every user both as a server
and a client. if a user want to post a article to the bbs system. the system
will post to other pears near him, and so on... the people can read this
article will increase by exp function. so we can get a acceptable response
time to transfer the article to every where.

the system should have anti firewall property. we should design a strong
arithmetic as soon as possible. it may take very long time to develop it. for
example, we should use UDP instead of TCP, dynamic port is also important, all
things transfers in the network will have a strong encrypt and no one can
crack it in the morden time, include FBI, CIA in USA and KGB in Russia.
