Hi Marco,

I reviewed your source code and you have the copyright and license
notice missing in many files, consider to fix this. Keep in mind that
any file with more than ten lines longs should carry on a copyright
and license notices, this rules include SQL files, shell script files,
Makefiles (generated by hand), images, etc.

If you cannot put the copyright and license notice inside of the file,
you can create a file (I recommend you the format
'LICENSE-KINDOFFILE.FILES') and put inside the proper copyright and
license notice for those files.

To avoid confusions about how to apply a proper copyright and license
