  Project's goal is to create distributed decentralized database system for
one of the largest Polish non-govermental organization (NGO) engaged in take
care of homeless people.

Let's take a look at system topology. The NGO consists of many agancies
distributed over country. Each of them have to be fully functional
independent node collecting informations about people in the node region.
Collected data has then to be spreaded over system and shared with other
region nodes.

There is also a problem with connection between nodes. Some of them are
connected with dialup link, some with ADSL and other one doesn't have any
network connection.

There are two subsytems in the project: an independent client application
based upon one of the common RDBS and, the other one, a communication layer
for spreading and sharing nodes data.

Some informations about communication layer features:

1. Transactions support

2. Object as a base data unit

3. Dynamic routing between nodes, dependent on node load, connection type,
geographical position etc.
