A new kind of spam is appearing: They take a mailing list post, such as
https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-gnulib/2023-09/msg00005.html
add a link to a spam or phishing site, and post it:
https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-gnulib/2024-02/msg00057.html

In this case, it was easily detectable, due to a date that lies in the future.
But what can be done, more generally?
