Follow-up Comment #4, sr #110804 (project administration):
Yesterday the server upon which hg is hosted crashed and was offline for about
a half hour until FSF sysadmin got it back online again. After it booted all
of the VMs that it hosts booted up and everything came back okay.
A useful out of band trouble notification is this URL where the FSF admins
post trouble notifications.
