Hello savannah hackers!

Would it be possible to disable the "git snapshots" feature in cgit for GNU
poke?

We don't use these tarballs, and due to our already established tag naming the
resulting tarballs have the same name than the official release tarballs in
ftp.gnu.org.  This is confusing.
