Can an admin of the [//savannah.gnu.org/p/guix Guix group] confirm this
request?

Please don't get me wrong.  Adding a repository means changing the settings of
the group, such actions are only permitted for group admins---and the Guix
group has many members, so the difference is likely to be significant.
