Trouble creating mailing lists

Hello,

When creating mailing lists for my non-GNU project 
(https://savannah.nongnu.org/projects/ironclad) thru the savannah web 
interface, those mailing lists do not seem to ever be created. Is this a bug? 
Or a feature only available for GNU packages?

I send this message as I was following the guide for creating mailing lists at 
https://www.gnu.org/prep/maintain/html_node/Creating-Mailing-Lists.html#Creating-Mailing-Lists,
 which mentions this mail as support.
