Unfortunately, on my side the issue remains (I have checked out the web pages
repository again):
$ cvs commit
cvs commit: Examining .
cvs commit: ERROR: cannot write file /web/dkgpg/dkgpg/index.html,v: Permission
denied
cvs commit: saving log message in /tmp/cvs5Ey9zv
