Follow-up Comment #2:

Hi!  You just tried too early.  There is a queue delay between selecting the
feature on the web page and having it created.  This delay is about a half
hour.  Selecting the feature inserts it into a queue to be created later by a
cron task that runs hourly to create repositories in the queue for creation. 
On average it will be about a 30 minute delay with a worst case delay of an
hour.

Happy that things are all fixed and working for you.
