Details:

As part of the (slow) move from SourceForge I'd like to move the mailing list
to savannah before the next release.

These are the parts that need to be done:

* spam-filtering (Bob Proulx <rwp> volunteered for this before)
* moving all messages with "bug" or "fail" in the title (case-insensitive) to
the list bug-gnucobol (containing only one conversation)
* moving the rest to the list "gnucobol-users"

I can provide the mbox file but would like to know whom to send it and how
long the process needs (because of closing the old list).
