Follow-up Comment #2, sr #108870 (project administration): Thank both of you for your interest. Would either or both of you consider making a documentation patch for it? Here is a reference. https://savannah.gnu.org/maintenance/HowToAdminThisWiki/ Could patches be discussed on the address@hidden mailing list where things are easier to read and reply. Thanks. > The command ssh -vvv does not seem to exist This should work fine. -v is an option to ssh. It increments verbosity with each application. -v is one verbose. -vv is two verboses. -vvv is three verboses and is very verbose. And of course the ssh command still requires a hostname and other optional arguments. > http://git.sv.gnu.org/gitweb/ does not load That uses the "gitweb" interface at the top level which needs to index ALL of the projects stored there. When it was initially installed there were few git projects and the speed was acceptable. Now after a few years there are many more projects and the indexing of ALL OF THEM takes a very long time. Long enough that it usually times out before completing. That is the reason the cgit interface was added. It is a little faster. But I would still try to avoid needing to index all of the projects. http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/ _______________________________________________________ Reply to this item at: <http://savannah.gnu.org/support/?108870> _______________________________________________ Message sent via/by Savannah http://savannah.gnu.org/
