Hello,
Go to your project's page:
https://savannah.gnu.org/projects/gslip/
You'll see a "Mailing list" menu item
(to the right of "Main", "Homepage", "Download", "Support" items).
Point your cursor over it, and you'll see two options:
"Browse" and "Configure".
Click "configure" to create new mailing list.
The recommended main list for gnu projects is "address@hidden" (i.e.
"address@hidden" in this case).
You must be logged-in to savannah in order to see the "configure" menu.
