Hi Rocky,
I believe it's because member_moderation_action on
https://lists.gnu.org/mailman/admin/libcdio-devel/privacy/sender was set to
"reject" instead of "hold" (it should always be hold, for our lists ... don't
know how that happened, never seen it be anything else, before this). I just
changed it. Please ask Claudia to resend.
