Follow-up Comment #2, sr #106284 (project administration):

The project has been split into components; one component is Exscript, which
is hosted here:

http://code.google.com/p/exscript/

The web part of the project has also been made into a generic CMS and may be
found here:

http://code.google.com/p/spiff/

(Note that the most recent versions are now written in Python; the project
has been ported and the old PHP/Perl based versions can still be found in both
SVN histories.)
