Details:

Savannah didnt have any option to change the license at this writing -
2007-11-25.

Please make is possible. I cant change:
License: GNU General Public License v3 or later
to
License: GNU Affero General Public License v3 or later


I also want to be able to select "License: GNU General Public License v3 or
later" when I subcribe new projects.

Please let me know when this is done.
