Details:

As the GNU Web translation manager I request that the project "wwwbg" is
removed from savannah. The project admin already agreed.

There's another translation team project for Bulganian named "www-bg" (with a
dash), which is the working team. We must remove "wwwbg" (without a dash) to
avoid confusing translators.
