Description:
This project will build a system for finding missing persons specifically
for the Tsunami hit areas. See http://www.bloglines.com/blog/sanjiva?id=26
for more details. There is no code written yet. But we'd like to use Mambo
(http://www.mamboserver.com/) and PHP as the basis for building the
software. It will build a registry for capturing all relevant info with
respect to missing/dead victims and will include multiple forms of query
and matching (including image matching).
