Summary:  homepage for project 'ramon' does not show up

Original Submission:  I've already uploaded files to the webcvs tree, and they 
show up in the viewcvs.  Trying to see the project homepage results in http/404 
(http://www.nongnu.org/ramon/)

Perhaps it's a similar issue like support #103495 and support #103618
