Summary:  pfladmin homepage is 404

Original Submission:  I have committed the homepage of pfladmin about 16 hours 
ago, but I get HTTP 404 Not Found if I visit http://www.nongnu.org/pfladmin.
I followed instruction on the project's CVS page and the page is visible throw 
the viewcvs.
