[Savannah-hackers] the implementaion of "the Neighbor Discovery" of Ipv6 on lwip

Dear sirs:
I am a student from China,and I want to use  your ipv6 part of lwip on my  
             server .However ,I couldnt  found "the Neighbor Discovery" 
,which is defined in  RFC 2461,  on your lwip,Would you please tell me 
where is it in your program ?or if you can do me a favor to tell me where 
can I find the program of"the Neighbor Discovery"  !
or You can tell me there is no "the Neighbor Discovery"  in lwip , and I 
have to develop it by myself .thank you !
