Description:
This project is a command-line tool, developed in C ANSI this tools is
useful to generate "codice fiscale" an italian algorithm, this algorithm
has never been release under GPL. This code is developed to be included in
many others project, such as php modules because "codice fiscale" is
always often and implementation is not fast so i wanna publicate my code 
. To compile this program require just a source file "codicefiscale.c"
that use stdio.h,string.h,ctype.h.
