Sorry, I misspoke.  I didn't mean that there was a standard place where
it should go; I don't know of any standard for this.  I meant that there
should be some place on savannah where the current CA can always be
found.  This should be linked to from the top-level page somehow,
perhaps through the "contact us" link or "user docs".  That way anyone
who wanted to find it would be able to.
