[Savannah-hackers] manage file

I am an administrator of nongnu tsp project
(savannah.nongnu.org/projects/tsp)

I wanted to know how I can manage the files in the download area
of the project.

I did put there 2 tarball using the method described
in User Doc, successfully (but after several attempt
since several times FTPing a file will produce an
"unable to create file" error (either with the tar.gz or tar.gz.sig file???)

I would like to be able to:

1) remove a file (tar.gz + sig)
2) replace a file (tar.gz + sig)

How may I do such operations?
