Please tell us how can we help to make it happen earlier; resubmit maybe?

If I understand you, this means no shell access to web pages, to setup
a cron process to update them. Then we probably don't need an account.
We thought to try to setup tla.

The other project admin ecramer requested an account yesterday, got a
confirmation mail, but has no account yet. It may be the same problem.
