Summary:  Home Page not showing up

Original Submission:  I uploaded an index.html file using the root:

address@hidden:/webcvs/freecookbook

and the webpage isn't showing up at http://www.nongnu.org/freecookbook

I followed all the instructions correctly, so I think something MAY be wrong 
with the instructions or the server.  Or perhaps I have done something wrong.  
I was able to upload files to the non-web cvsroot no problem.  Any help is 
appreciated.
