Summary:  adabot-devel administrative requests interface

Original Submission:  I keep getting mails with the subject "2 Adabot-devel 
moderator request(s) waiting" every five minutes. 

But when loggin to http://mail.nongnu.org/mailman/admindb/adabot-devel the 
mailman interface just says "There are no pending requests. Click here to 
reload this page.". Reloading doesn't help at all

There was a problem with the list server/electronic mail system on the 8th, 
which seems to be fixed now.
