Summary: remove maintainers,v from gnustandards
Original Submission: Could you remove the maintainers,v file from the
gnustandards CVS? I'm sorry, I forgot to specify exactly which RCS files in
/gd/gnuorg were actually relevant. I was able to cvs remove the others, but
this one is locked by tedt. Thanks.

I took the liberty to also remove the "Attic directory", since some of those
files were not meant to be publicly available.
I should have checked...
