When I deal with static websites, I tend to use any technology I like
in local to create it (PHP, SSI...), and then 'wget -r' it to get a
static HTML version, that I then can publish wherever I wish. You may
want to do the same.

We plan to add GNU Arch support first, and it is possible we try SVN
then, but did not discuss it yet.

Each logo is copyrighted and should be studied separately IMHO. The
Penguin logo, for example, requires some ackowlegment - check
http://www.isc.tamu.edu/~lewing/linux/
You may want to ask address@hidden for more information. They are
willing to help free software developers with legal issues.
