Summary: How to close a bug?
Original Submission: I'm blind, or lame, or I don't know what, but I can't
figure out how to close a bug. Anyway, I was looking for a complete
administration guide for savannah projects, but cannot find it...

If you have karma (permission to close bugs), you can close a bug from the
tracker 'Status' drop-down menu.
