Summary:  Incorrect title in last news item

Original Submission:  The news item posted by Bradley M. Kuhn on 12/30/03 has 
the right title on the main page, but in the news item page, the title is "Web 
site commits now work (although page uupdates)" and not "no page updates yet".

Maybe the title is not refreshed if it is modified after the first news post?
