[Savannah-hackers] Download areas: is upload working?

Hello,

@savannah I'm the user 'evertonm'.

I have registered a GnuPG public key and been
trying to upload files for the 'ruli' project.

I can upload the files anonymously, with
their respective .sig, as explained in the
News item regarding 'Download areas'.

However, the uploaded files don't show up
in the Filelist for the 'ruli' project.

I can't tell whether I'm doing anything wrong.

Please advise.
