[Savannah-hackers] Email notification settings not working

RE: GNUstep project (savannah.gnu.org)

I've set up email notification in Bugs Administration for my project 
(actually, it was already setup from before, but I re-set it up again 
to make sure). However, I don't receive notifications when the bugs 
database is updated.
