Are you going to always include those libraries with your sources? Or
do the users have to download it themselves?
If you are going to redistribute them, you must add copyright and
permission to copy statements in those filles too (from the original
authors).
Or you could contact the authors and ask them to include it... They
should already have done this.
Could you do this?
There is no need to reregister your project, I'll keep it in the queue
till I know what you are going to do.
