[Savannah-hackers] more growing pains with Dominion

I'm sorry to keep bugging you guys, but (possibly because it came from
a 1997 CVS repository) Dominion has had some special growing pains.

Now I'm having trouble getting its first mailing list going.

I first noticed that dominion-discuss had been set up as @nongnu.org
instead of @gnu.org.  I changed that in mailman, but the @gnu.org
address bounces.  Also, when I do send it to @nongnu.org I still don't
get messages appearing in the archive.

[Note: I have written the "accounts" people so that I can get access
to ftp.gnu.org -- they are responding, although rather slowly.]
