[Savannah-hackers] Savannah New Account Registration

I was having a bit of trouble registering a new user. 
I tried the following names without success: 
mcclennant
formula409
rot
rot13
rote
msh
tmc
blueflashlight
xxxxxxxjimmy 
All of which gave the same error: 
User foo is a known mail alias... 

So, is this a savannah problem, or my own bad luck?
