Description:
CZLang.NET is Any_language->Czech_language translator (vocabulary) and maybe 
vice-versa.
Primary should be used for browsing the vocabulary, searching words etc. It 
shows the translations, meaning of translated word, usage, pronunciation in US 
English (maybe in a UK English) etc.
The database of words is based on project GNU/FDL Anglicko-Cesky slovnik 
(GNU/FDL English-Czech vocabulary) http://slovnik.zcu.cz (Czech pages only), so 
the database of words in this project is under GNU/FDL licence too.
Secondary has a administration of vocabulary database, so you can 
add/change/delete your OWN translations of words (don\'t use the commercial 
translators), get new database and send diffs to GNU/FDL Anglicky-Cesky slovnik 
using mail, web administration or maybe SOAP requests.
It\'s programmed using full OO language C#.
It use a XML file or general ODBC driver (target database have to use SQL 
language).
This all is project under GNU/GPL licence.

It does not exist yet but I\'m working on it.

OS: Windows98/ME/2K/XP with .NET RTM installed.
DB: Any DB with ODBC driver and SQL language.
